Meet Our Board 

Fiona Röhlandt 

Director

Fiona Röhlandt. LLM, is a German National, speaking German and English. She immigrated to South Africa in 2005 after meeting her South African husband on a visit to SA. She has a German law degree and has passed the German bar exam. Thereafter, she obtained her Master's Degree in International Taxation in Australia. Fiona joined Merchant West Incompass in 2006 and was instrumental in the growth of Merchant West Incompass. She helped shape the product offering, and her knowledge of South African Exchange Control is extensive, gained through years of experience and ongoing learning through The Institute for Advanced Studies.

Nico Le Roux 

Director

Nico, a member of the South African gliding team, commenced his business life off at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Realising that the auditing profession was not the right fit, he sought another challenge and was one of the first employees of PWC financial services provider. 

In 2004, Nico made the move to set up business with a couple of partners. From humble roots, the group of companies has grown internationally to include entities in property, financial services and emigration.
